Top Whorl Drop Spindle kit
From local fiber artist/educator/writer/all-around spinning expert Meagan Condon, these drop spindle kits are a great entry into making your own yarn. Her spindles have been upgraded to include a 3D-printed whorl, designed by Meagan to provide the exact physics and quality of spin that she wants for her classes. No two whorls are exactly alike; if you see one you particularly like, let us know and we'll try to match it if possible.
Your spindle comes with a leader yarn already attached, a handy tote bag, and 3 oz. of corriedale wool (in three randomly selected colors) to get you started!

Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship to the US, via USPS. Rates are based on pre-tax order totals:
- up to $30: $8 for Ground Advantage or $15 for Priority Mail
- $30.01 to $200: $15 for Priority Mail
- over $200: free for Priority Mail
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return of eligible items. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
YARN: Unused yarn in its original condition may be returned. Yarn that has been used or wound from a skein cannot be returned.
TOOLS; PATTERNS; BOOKS & MAGAZINES: These items cannot be returned but may be replaced within 30 days of receipt if defective.
EVERYTHING ELSE: Anything that isn’t yarn, a tool, a pattern, a book, or a magazine may be returned for store credit if purchased at full price, is unused, and is accompanied by a receipt. If it looks like it has been used, it cannot be returned.
