It's sweater season, y'all!

Dreaming of knitting your first sweater? Have a sweater in your queue that you'd love to knit but are a little intimidated to start? Join the Sweater Club!

In this multi-session class we'll take you through the entire process of knitting the sweater of your choosing. As an added bonus, included with the class is a 30-minute 1:1 help session you can schedule at any point during the course in case you get stuck in between sessions. Pick your sweater and your yarn and get signed up for Knit Sweater Club today!

Prerequisites: We ask that you know how to knit and purl and have some experience following a pattern.  If you'd like help picking a pattern we're happy to help you find a good fit!

Required Materials:

• A copy of your chosen sweater pattern; many Ravelry patterns are available for in-store purchase at Yarn Social
• Yarn suitable to knit your sweater
• Knitting needles, stitch markers, and any other tools needed

The class fee does not include materials; we offer a 10% discount off purchases of patterns, yarn, and tools for classes, or you can bring your own materials purchased elsewhere. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early if you need to purchase materials for your class.

Homework:

1. Choose your sweater pattern and send us an email letting us know which one you'll be making.
2. Knit a 5x5" gauge swatch using the recommended needle size according to your pattern, soak it in water and lay it out to dry. Bring your swatch with you to class!
