Gift Cards & Yarn Social Points on Our New Website

Gift Cards

With the switch to a new platform, existing gift card numbers need to be transferred to Shopify. That work is happening the week of September 1.

If you have tried to use your gift card but have been unsuccessful, you can call us during shop hours or contact us using the form below to get an update on the transfer.

Your Points

Our new platform uses an email address to track points (instead of your phone number, which is what the old platform used).

If you're already participating in our Points program and we have your email address, your existing points have been transferred to the new website and are available for you to use.

If you're already participating in our Points program and we do not have your email address, you'll need to add it to your account before we can add your existing points. You can do that the next time you're in the shop or on your Yarn Social account page.
