Gift Cards

Existing gift card numbers have been transferred to our new platform.

If you have tried to use your gift card but have been unsuccessful, contact us using the form below. If you can, please include the last 4 digits of your gift card.

Your Yarn Social Points

Our new platform uses an email address to track points (instead of your phone number, which is what the old platform used).

If you're already participating in our Points program and we have your email address, your existing points have been transferred to the new website and are available for you to use.

If you're already participating in our Points program and we do not have your email address, you'll need to add it to your account before we can add your existing points. You can do that the next time you're in the shop or on your Yarn Social account page. Points will be added within 24 hours after we collect your email.
